  • With the index finger of the other hand, take the thumb outward from the side.
  • Make sure that your left thumb is raised upward and is surrounded by the thumb of the right hand and index finger.
  • Remain in this posture for 15 minutes and breathe in and out normally.

This Mudra can be practiced at any time. But it should not be prolonged because it generates heat energy in the body.

Even during the winter season, a person sweats by practicing this mudra. According to the requirement, the Linga Mudra should be practiced thrice a day for fifteen minutes.
