In this creation of God, if we humans have the power to take care of our own body, then other living beings depend on us or on nature.
There is no doubt that every living being in nature is dependent on each other in some way or the other. Man is the only creature who has his own decisions and can take care of his own mind and intellect. Water-dwelling creatures such as cold-natured turtles depend on hot sunlight to digest their food.
God has given man such a physical structure that he can digest his own food, he does not need to depend on anyone else. Due to physical and mental weakness, man starts losing his physical ability. This is the reason why he has to face different diseases.
Centuries ago yogis invented many methods of yoga which can re-enhance the nature potential of human beings. The human body has the ability to fight any kind of disease. If due to some reason his immunity has been reduced, then the immunity power can be increased by the practice of yogasanas and mudra.
